Purchaed a Jennair downdraft range from Sara Appliance and Electronics. When the range was uncrated the glass top was cracked. Contacted Mohammad he gave the repairman's number. I called and two weeks later the repair was done. Thought this was a rare situation.

March 2008 purchased Amana refrigerator, GE slide in range, GE microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher.
The appliances sat in my garage crated until June. The kitchen was complete and the appliances were ready to be installed.

After uncrating the refrigerator I found a dent in the back corner. The contractor told me to contact Sara Appliance. I decided not to contact at that time. Thinking once the refrigerator slid in place the damage would not be visible. I had lived without a kitchen and in construction for 3 months and just wanted my life back.

November 2008 the Bosch dishwasher stayed in the wash cycle for 3 hours. I only used the dishwasher 10 times. I called Sara Appliance and spoke with Mohammad my salesman. He gave the number for the Bosch repairman. I called and they said it would take 2 weeks for the repair. I thought it's a week before Thanksgiving I guess they are busy.

December 1 2008 the repair appointment was between 12 and 3. The repairman called at 3:30 and said he was running late and it would be 2 more hours. It's now past 2 hours and still no repairman.

I paid $2500.00 for the above appliances. Guess I should have thrown a party with the money and kept the old appliances. Would not be aggravated now...

I purchased a very expensive kitchen appliance from this store. When they installed the appliance, it did not work. The store refused to acknowledge any responsibility and said that it was my problem and that I should work it out with the manufacturer. If you are buying from this store, be sure to plug the appliance in AT THEIR WAREHOUSE before it is delivered to you so that you can see if it functions or not. Once they deliver it, they will not take any responsibility anbd will not stand behind their product.
