25 years in business and i won the law suit
the above individual lost in an arbitration battle the 1 time i have been sued in 25 years of business, they did not want drainage as they said they had drainage, we left 1 wheel barrow load of planters mix in orchard, after talking to lease holder of land they said did not care as long as not contaminated. your drainage issue where due to your lack of common sence, no one in their right mind times water flow for a flower bed 400% more than what the soil can handle and what we originally timed the system at for you. owner error, erosion due to over water, broken lights from painter and she still owes me for service call due to her lights did not work due to not plugged in. (common sence again) your painter broke your lights and unplugged the timer and painted over the sensor, your son has no clue of how to water a yard and he damaged it or one of your members who adjusted the timer to over 400% above what the are will allow to perculate. the debris was left due to the contract did not have removal as the owner said we could palletize and store next to shop.

bogus person, all items completed professionally, their error caused the damages to their own yard over a 6 month period

Avoid like the plague
Lame customer service and no understanding of hydrology. This contractor shouldn't be in the landscaping business. The contractor left all debris on site and disappeared as soon as he got his final payment. No drainage was installed, so soil erodes over on walking surfaces. Most of the landscape lights he installed fell over within six months. He does concrete well; can't do anything else well.

Don't bother calling him to rectify problems; he will hang up on you.
