I called the owner to help me replace a sliding glass door screen that was delivered in the wrong size. He said he would stop by my place in Ventura and help me for free because he travelled by my place every day. He never showed up or called to reschedule. I rented out my place and called him again in Nov '08 to help me properly size my sliding glass door screen. We agreed he would stop by during a specific week, although he could not agree to a specific day. My tenant left her gate unlocked and moved plants in anticipation of his arrival after 5PM. The whole week went by and he never showed up or called. My tenant even made arrangements with him too and expressed concern that she was leaving the gate unlocked for his arrival.
