SMHOC is there for us
We were lost when we arrived and found a calm,reassuring, informed environment where we were able to learn how to approach my breast cancer. The staff were smooth and skilled. Dr. Terpenning was informed, calm, cheerful and hopeful. The day began dark but ended with hope.

Too Busy or Not on the Ball

Didn't seem to be on the ball. Gave us incorrect information on treatment options for 1/2 hour and I had to correct her on information that was in the biopsy report. When questioned, she didn't really give us informative answers. Have a friend that saw her that also refused to use her.
