I love the physicians here they are very smart and will help you through everything. They address all of your concerns and go over everything in detail. Their great!

The front desk staff was so unhelpful that I couldn't make it to my appointment.

I started a new job and my insurance was therefore set up the day of my appointment - the insurance company provided a toll free # for the doctor to call and confirm coverage. However, when I got there (and after filling out reams of paperwork), the front desk informed me that I didn't have insurance. When I asked if they had called the # provided, they refused, saying that they would only call their numbers.

They suggested I could pay and then deal with the insurance myself. So helpful! I left. I'm not going to give my business to an office that won't even dial a phone number.
