They need to try a new lasagna and garlic bread recipe
I have eaten their meat and vegetarian lasagnas two years in a row and it's time for a new recipe. PLEASE! This is nothing like the red marinara sauce lasagna with the ricotta and mozzarella cheese that I prepare or have eaten elsewhere. Instead, it's a greasy glop of ????. Honestly, it really isn't up to par in my opinion, as well as others. I can't figure out what type of sauce is used, either.

Their tossed salad with walnuts and other goodies is tasty, though.
Oh, and their garlic bread also needs to be revised. It tastes like they use a spread out of a jar rather than fresh garlic and butter. Very soggy and under-toasted.
If this is an example of how all their food tastes, I'm afraid I would have to pass on hiring them to cater for me.
