UNPROFESSIONAL
After waiting a total of 40 minutes (10 minutes early and 30 minutes), this office cancelled our appointment. Reasoning is that they didn't want to make their other patients wait. Assistant who told us didn't even apologize about it. We had made large sacrifices to be there on that specific day. I explained we were leaving the country in a few weeks and needed to schedule the surgery. I asked them to reconsider and they said NO. This was also done on a Friday with the appointment desks closed so we would not be able to even make another appointment until Monday costing us valuable days before leaving. I asked who I could talk to about this and the assistant did not even want to provide me with a piece of paper so I could write the name down and she refused to give me her name. They did not respect our time what so ever and I would suggest making an appointment with another Dr's office. We did.

Dermatologist
I have seen Dr. Logan a few times for regular skin check-ups. I originally went to see him b/c of a skin lesion on my face. He went ahead and did the biopsy right there and did a great job as it has now healed and he can't even tell where the incision was made. That said, I don't consider him to be the best dermatologist because he wasn't very thorough in his full body examination of my skin. I have been to other dermatologists since who have recommended I have things removed or checked out and I appreciate that - better to be safe than sorry.

Dermatologist
I haven't had a lot of experience with dermatologists, but I wou ld have to say that I do consider Dr. Davis to be an exceptional dermatologist. When I went in for a skin check, he did a thorough exam and pointed out things I wasn't aware of. He was keen on telling me my options and giving me time to consider what to do. The other dermatologist I saw was not as thorough and left me with an odd feeling in the pit of my stomach. My doctor refers patients to Dr. Davis over other dermatologists in the Sansum network. It takes about a month to a month and a half to get in to see him.
