I have been taking my animals to this vet for over 10 years and just LOVE them. The front desk staff used to be a bit cold and unfriendly, but now they are great!! And the techs really know their stuff. The kennel is really clean and I boarded my dog there over Easter and he was very well taken care of. I would highly recommend these guys.

Boarded my pet over a week. They were soooo intent on giving this flea pill so my dog would not give fleas to others and vice versa. WELL I picked up, no fleas but ticks!!!!!!!! The manager was unwilling to help rectify my problem, told me I could buy another product. I do not suggest using. Every time someone talked to me it was about spending more money!!

Hi,
Well I used Sanford Animal once and it will be only once!!! I will drive to Raleigh for my previous vet, it would be worth the drive! I am on a fixed income, wanted to only purchase one heartworm pill and one frontline application, NO you cant do that!! Come on get real people. My vet will do it AND mail it to me at no extra charge. The front staff is RUDE!!! and non caring and one doesnt even speak english, that really helps. As soon as you speak to someone you know why they are in business, for the all mighty dollar. I am so happy to have a place to vent!! I will be sure to let others know to stay away from this place.

the atmosphere at sanford animal has changed and not for the good once a family friendly practice has turned into a cold business i no longer feel comfortabele coming there and many people i know feel the same way what happen why are you running your own clents away
