This hospital is the most horrible hospital that i have gone to, they are more concerned about getting money than they are for treating their patients. I took my daughter there and after waiting four hours was finally seen by the triage and she had a temp of 103.4 and O2 level of 90 she is five yrs old and told me that she needed to be seen ASAP..... then back to the waiting room we went. They did not give her anything for her fever at all. Three hours later I asked the front dest what the wait time was and I got nothing but rude responses, and clarified to them that I have been waiting there for six hours. Needless to say we ended up leaving. They billed me 239$ for the triage, yes 240 dollars for taking her temp and blood pressure. My MIL told me that they are more concerned about $ rather than patients well being but my daughter needed to be seen. My advice; go to richmond memorial in Rockingham.
