We (self, wife, an adult daughter, and an adult niece from the East Coast) had a wonderful time during our 15 - 22 May 2010 visit in the townhome of this resort. The townhome contained two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accomodate 6 sleeping adults. The townhome was well equipped with utensils and other amenities, including fine wall decorations and flower arrangements, nice dining table for six, and even a wine bottle opener with papertowels! The staff was a very friendly and went out of normal ways to make our stay memorable. In particular we commend the property manager/staff, Jacqueline Conte who would even let us keep the beach chairs (available free) past due time of Friday am. The resort has a wonderful location close to San Diego where you can go using a nearby (within walking distance) Coastliner local rail which is reasonably priced. LA is little bit further out but one can still drive to Disneyland in Anaheim and Universal Studios in LA. ...

We had a wonderful time. This is an outstanding facility, the staff is efficient and friendly, the unit was impeccable, We found the location great as we could visit La Jolla, San Diego activities as well as play at the beach just a short walk away. You'll love this great getaway!‎

What a fun place! It's in the perfect location and the rooms are awesome! There is no ac but fans & open windows work great. Would definitely go back!‎

Fine, basic time-share: Stayed for a week in May. My parents set this up via a vacation club they recently bought into. Accomodations were clean and spacious but very basic. Decent pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ setup. Location was very convenient -- close to nearby restaurants and shops. Short drive to Delmar. Good choice for a reasonably priced but basic setup.
