The doctors and staff were amazing here. My young daughter had come in with a laceration that required stitches. The nurses were very compassionate and caring with my daughter. They explained every step of the process to us. And even though it was very emotional for my daughter and I, they were very professional and calm (my daughter was screaming her head off). They treated us with respect and genuine concern not just another patient to check off their list. The whole process was very efficient as we were out of there in about an hour. I totally appreciate the intimate feel of a local community urgent care facility here in Irvine. As to the poor reviews of billing concerns, my experience was exactly the opposite. My insurance claims went through normally without a hitch.

I had the worst medical experience I've ever had at Sand Canyon. I left the doctor's office feeling worse than when I entered due to the mental stress I endured during my visit. I found the doctors and staff calloused, yet emotional, AND unorganized. Additionally, I was prescribed two medications which, my regular doctor later told me, rendered each other less effective and are not normally prescribed together. Finally, they billed me before my insurance claim had been processed. My advice: it's worth the drive to avoid this place.

These doctors are the most experienced, caring and established as you could ever wish for. They have spent years working in the ER at a local Hospital in Irvine. Professional and experienced! Their staff is friendly and if you need to see a medical professional, it is my experience that the wait is not long and the doctors and staff have your best interests in mind.

5 stars......or a TEN in my book!
