My husband, my 7 yr. old son and myself attended an event next door at the Convention Center. We were stranded as they had closed off the parking lot and police were not letting any one leave the parking lot. We went next door to eat and the manager from the hotel came over because the waiter had informed him of our dilemma. He went ahead and booked us a room at the Friends and Family rate. I couldnt believe it. They were amazingly friendly!!! As we walked into the lobby I felt so relieved and greatful that we stubmled across this beautiful hotel. The room was not too shabby either.‎
