Gave me estimate of 6-8 weeks for special order door. After 10 weeks, I am still waiting. They goofed up the installation schedule and had to wait another 2 weeks. Not enough people working at the store or in installation. Better to go elsewhere. Disorganized.

I had a glass replaced in a door and they received the wrong glass twice. The third time they finally got it right and put the replacement glass but left all the glue around the frame which I had to clean myself. Price was decent and service was friendly but I didn't like waiting as long as I had to and certainly didn't like having to detail it myself.
