Considering I was putting a large order at a busy time during holidays, Mitra the owner ensured me that I would have all my orders in right at the time that I need it was prior to our holiday party! and sure enough she delivered them earlier than expected time. And I must say the baskets looked fabulous! I was very impressed with her work, and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to order for their company or for their loved ones! you won't go wrong with SF gift baskets.

All I can say is that I read all these reviews and decided to buy from this company; first of all the service was really bad, second the basket I ordered to my niece was a disaster, according to my niece's sister who didn't want me to know about it so I don't be upset. I'm very upset especially that it was not cheap.

Talk about a great alternative to what I normally give friends and coworkers for Christmas (or birthdays or just because). Mitra does such a good job putting together a personal gift baket for me every time I see her. And she only uses the good stuff! I've sent an organic goodie basket to a friend and it was absolutely amazing - full of chocolates, cookies and savory snacks. I also sent gift baskets to all of my work clients last Christmas and everyone was so impressed. It looked like I had spent a bundle but in reality it was very reasonable.
