DR. GEORGE MAKKAR IS REALLY THE BEST DOCTOR IN CALIFORNIA, HE IS VERY KIND AND CONSIDERATE TO THE ANIMAL AND THE OWNER,WE JUST CAN NOT SAY ENOUGHT ABOUT THIS DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DOCTOR AND A PLACE TO TAKE YOU PET, YOU NOW KNOW WHERE THE BEST IS!!!! THANK YOU.

Dr. Makkar has saved our animals for over 25 years. He has been very patient and kind to us and our animals. There were times where we brought our dogs to him and thought that they were going to die but he saved their lives. He's very reasonably priced and very good! We thank him for all that he has done and will always go to him for as long as he's in business.

My baby, Nena, has been Dr. Makkar's patient for 9 years. She was diagnosed with diabetes two months ago. Dr. Makkar and his staff took good taker of us. They charged me closed to nothing for the blood test, x-rays, food, insulin, a box of insulin syringe, and the office visit!! The first two weeks were very stressful but Dr. Makkar always answered my questions--even on his day off, he always returned my phone calls. Trust me, you can not put a price to that. Now, we have Dr. Tate taking care of Nena and we are happy. Also, their staff is very friendly. Veronica is in charge of boarding and she will take good care of your babies when you are away. I highly recommend Dr. Makkar and Dr. Tate.

Dr. Makkar is wonderful. He truly, truly cares for animals. I previously took my pets to other vets until San Fernando Pet hospital was recommended to me. I never went back to the others. He cares for the health and safety of animals like no one I've met. As for pricing, they were similar to my other vets but his concern for animals just doesn't compare. Many Thanks to Dr. Makkar and his staff for such a well job.
