i am a dolphin. so naturally i, a dolphin, would prefer to swim out in the open ocean. pools to me are so confining and monotonous. all you do is go back and forth back and forth...very similar to the hamsters on treadmills at the gym.

although i am warm-blooded and covered in blubber, i feel slightly uncomfortable when our oceans are below 64º. for this reason, i go to the pool at SDSU. me, a dolphin, also being an SDSU student get a huuuuuge deal when it comes to gym membership. ($19 a month)...and me, a dolphin, being a snob about what kind of water i swim in very much enjoy the aquaplex. it is the 2nd best pool in san diego, 1st best outdoor pool.[i'd swim at the wavehouse if it were closer to me] the pools are CLEAN and heated. it DOES get crowded when the weather gets warmer though. the showers/bathrooms are nicely maintained and not dark or musty or anything. although i prefer the ocean, as a dolphin, this is the second best thing.
