Had them fix my laptop that needed a new keyboard. Also helped with some software. Very nice and professional. I will use them and recommend them.

I recently took my laptop to San Diego Laptop in Pacific Beach when I got a virus on my computer. I have had some difficulties with technicians at other computer repair places, so I was open to checking out a new place. SD Laptop had great reviews on yelp, so I decided to stop by. Cameron, the owner and technician, explained to me the various viruses going on around now. Because I was referred by yelp, I was given $10 off the service fee. Cameron planned on getting my laptop ready for me to pick up the next day…sure enough, it was! He even installed some free antivirus software on my computer. Cameron is super honest, and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely be coming back here if I need my computer repaired again!

I'm not very computer savvy so I needed to go someplace where I wasn't intimidated or overwhelmed when my laptop was acting up. SD Laptops took care of my challenges quickly, efficiently and I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or railroaded. I was comfortable talking with them and really appreciate the help they provided --and the price was right too.
