Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service: Having moved here from my native France in 1996, I thought rude service would remain a thing of the past. But from the minute I walked into San Carlos Computer, I was surprised by the rudeness or rather aggressivity of the owner, who was extremely abrupt, wouldn't bother to say hello, wouldn't give news of the laptop I brought him for over a week. When I came back to pick up the laptop, he again was aggressive, and claimed he didn't have the laptop. As I asked him to explained what he meant in the cryptic voicemail he left me about how the problem couldn't be fixed, he first couldn't remember, then as I tried to refresh his memory, he asked me to behave or leave! He wasn't particulary convinced when he said he'll have the laptop back for me tomorrow, but already assessed he wants to charge $65 for his labor, altough he hasn't fixed the machine. Simply astounding.
