Worst Customer Service
NACA has really bad customer service. Their employees are very rude and don't return calls. I called them 16+ times and they only returned two of my calls. When I contacted the CEO of NACA to complain, he was just as bad because I never heard back from him. I left him many many messages as well and even emailed him. NACA DOES NOT have the best mortgage rates. In fact you can buy down points anywhere, and some businesses like Primerica will help you in paying off your home in 15 years. If you want to be treated with the respect you deserve DON'T got through NACA!!!!!! The lowest rating I could rate was a one star, but NACA does not even deserve that.
