I TAKE MY CHILD THERE

I have not been to this clinic, but the one on Culebra is worse! Waiting room is dirty, Staff is unprofessional and the turnover rate for employees is ridiculous!
I took my daughter to get her shots and the "nurses" came into the room to ask why she was here and what shots are due!! I asked them to look at the chart and compare it to the flow cahrt they had of reccomended shots per age. They were puzzled! Then when I FIGURED OUT what shots she needed, they said they were out .I asked them if they could update me later in the week and the MANAGER replied "You are not the only patient, we have a lot and cannot call all of them.! I then asked if my co-pay would be credited to the next visit and she said no I would be charged again!!
Then all the nurses were laughing at me! I tried to argue with the "MANAGER" but she just giggled along with the rest of them. I would never have any of this staff working at my establishment and representing myself in this manner. This really makes the doctors look bad!

I took my 6 week old daughter into the clinic for an appointment. The hospital had forgotten to report her birth to my insurance, and they refused to see her. I tried to explain that Medicaid covers back 3 months, and even if they didn't pay I would. I was holding my infant and she got sick in front of them (projectile). She choked and couldn't breathe, and I had to do the Heimlich. They still refused to see her.

I am writing this review because it would have saved us a lot of time and trouble if someone had warned us. I have to say this place was awful! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we questioned our decision. We were there to get a physical for our 3 yr old son. The atmosphere is one of a public health office, not of a pediatrician's office. There were no toys..only a loud TV and a table with chairs. It was very noisy, dirty and the staff were not particularly friendly. Our wait time was an hour and a half and when we finally saw the doctor he was sure to tell our son to hurry up and cooperate because he had other patients to see. We were very disappointed in this place and vowed never to return again!
