LIMO NEVER SHOWED UP & NO REFUND!

I booked a Limo with San Antonio Limo WEEKS before our scheduled event. I put down a hefty deposit. Our pick up was supposed to be at 10pm on 03/21/09. I was told to call ahead of time, so I did. I called about 5 times because I just kept hearing "Ummm yes I'll call you back" finally I received a call from our "driver" he said he would be there right at 10pm, it was 9:30pm. I called back about 9:50 to ask where we should wait and he said he was no longer my driver and to call the office. I called & called & when I finally talked to someone I again heard "I will call you back." I asked what the problem was and NEVER got an answer. It wasn't until about 10:45pm that I even got a solution after I had to call him back. He offered to send a party bus that was more money and wanted us to pay the full amount. No discount no limo rates nothing. I finally had enough and had already missed our reservations. We got LUCKY and the hotel found us a Limo willing to pick us up with in 15min and they were the best. Luxury Limousine! I asked to guy just to cancel and refund my deposit. He said "no problem. Ill do it right away." Its been 2 days and still "I will call you back by 5pm with the confirm number". It's 4pm & no call yet.

I boyfriend suprised me for prom with a limo from this company and it was seriously the time of my life. The driver was really nice to us, the limo was clean our date was private. I was really nervous about going in the limo because I had a bad experiece with one but this company changed that and I would seriously use it again. Thanks again for the best experience it made prom all the better.‎

I recently celebrated my 25th Wedding Anniversary. My husband and I wanted the most spectacular evening possible. We live about 30 minutes from the downtown restaurant where we had reservations. The driver called well ahead of time wanting to make sure everything was good on our end and to confirm he would arrive on time. The driver arrived at least 15 minutes ahead of time and then patiently waited until we were ready. We had a relaxing private drive into the downtown area. The driver had no problems maneuvering through the narrow one way streets. After we finished dinner the driver took us to a convenient entrance to the Riverwalk as requested. The driver was very courteous, safe and professional. The vehicles presentation was immaculate! I frequent car services all over the country when on business or pleasure and I can truly say I wish I could have this quality service everywhere. I would definitely reccommend San Antonio Limo to everyone.‎

We had a bad business experience with this company. We paid deposit and limo NEVER showed up. Check them out with the business organization that monitors businesses, they are listed there MANY times. I did not do this before I decided to do business with them. Don't do business with them.
