Sloppy work. Left cardboard, pieces of metal, etc., etc., all over yard. Installed a short piece of wire that didn't go anywhere that was supposed to be the ground wire. Building inspector wouldn't pass job. Took short piece of wire back to office, said he wanted to show them how Sam's Electric does his work. He left Sam 5 things to correct but I did not want him back on my property after his shoddy job and his intent to defraud with the ground wire. Went to Arbitration on August 20, 2009--almost 14 months after the work was performed. Sam sat there and lied to the Arbitrator about everything! Even produced a document on CSLB letterhead that he himself wrote stating he was in good standing with CSLB.
