We too used this business for a number of years. The counter workers were unfriendly and when we did have a problem the manager was worse... I wonder where they get it... service was scetchy at best... The only advantage was the drive thru and the workers usually saw that as you were an inconvenience to them... now there are options and we do not go back... too bad for them...‎

Until last night, I have been going to this dry cleaner for approximately four years. I quit going a couple of years ago after the then manager, now gone, was rude and did not handle a situation well when they ruined my husbands custom Hickey Freeman dress shirt. I had to insist on speaking with the owner, Patrice, who finally relented and gave me a credit towards future dry cleaning, which was fine. They have ruined three expensive shirts (never the cheaper ones). Most recently a white Ike Behar shirt had tons of black ink in the pocket. My husband NEVER EVER puts a pen in his shirt pockets because he is so picky!!! The counter people I drop off to also know that I check things closely before dropping it off. I certainly would have caught that! Long story short -- I spoke to the owner again this go round and she refuses to accept responsibility for it, claiming we did it. So much for customer loyalty and keeping a long term customer. I have noticed it always seems to happen around ...
