SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION-GO ELSEWHERE- Trying to schedule surgury went from I'll call you back with in a half hour to literally days later; I called - no kidding 8x- I was put on hold as no one present in the office was capable of scheduling; each time I called I was told to call back at a given time, only to be placed on hold again & get the same runaround. On my 8th caall, when I complained for once again being put on hold, I was told that I was being rude & refused service! So glad there are other Docs out there- who care what happens in their office. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION-GO ELSEWHERE- They offerred me my records- 2 weeks agao- still have yet to receive them- so more phone calls, I guess. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION-GO ELSEWHERE-
