The salespeople at the City Of Industry store are some of the best I've ever seen! I had a major problem with some sound equipment that my church group had purchased online. The Sam Ash manager and his staff were fast to diagnose my problem and offer a solution. All this service for an item I bought somewhere else! I've learned my lesson! From now on I'm shopping at Sam Ash!
