Best Thrift store in the county.
I'm not a millionaire, I buy clothes at a thrift store, I'm not ashamed or embarrassed to admit it.
I'm not the least bit concerned if the previous owner may be deceased; if he had good taste in clothes and they look good on me, well then I'm happy and may God rest his soul.
I have been to just about every thrift store in San Diego, I think I can speak with some authority when I say the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Park Avenue and E Street is the best.
They have the largest selection of clothes, household items, and furniture.
The quality is unsurpassed by any other thrift store I've seen thus far. And talk about deals; you're not going to get a better deal anywhere else. (If you do, let me know about it) On Mondays after three o'clock pm, all items in the store are half off. I once found a Royal Dalton Tea Cup, with the Tennyson Pattern, at a price of a dollar. When I went to the Royal Dalton website; I found that same tea cup was listed for forty dollars. I gave it to my mother for mother's day.
Don't call me a tight wad, I put it in a new box and wrapped it real nice. She loved it and had no idea I got it second-hand.
