Made appointment. Wouldn't give time of pick up only 7 am - 5 pm. We got up at 5 to be ready for 7 am pick up to find out that we weren't on the schedule. We confirmed the appointment just 2 days prior, yet we were removed from the pick up schedule on the day of delivery. Next time we will donate to Good Will.
