Love shopping at Salvo, last time we went it was 75% off white tag day........how fun was that?

Nice store and i am a regular customer but the Manager acting RUDE, taking back on sale item from the customer just because she saw it new and gave the reason that the downtown salvation army mistakenly put the regular price instead of red tag price and she has to call them which i doubted, it happened on their previous sale for all reg. clothes for .99 cents. The next time the store had a 50% off/discount sale i went to this store again and meeting a friend that i referred to shop as a new customer and all the RUDENESS & UNHELPFUL ACTION HAPPENED AT THE SAME DAY/DATE!!! I asked her if someone can help me to look for the missing mate for a pair of shoes that i really liked but she told me that they're not going to look for it one by one, so i asked another employee and without hesitation she went to the back of the store to look for it, after a minute or two she came back with the pair of shoes. Again, there were two pieces of items no price tag so i asked one of the employees how much but then she told me with kindness that only the manager can give the price but when i asked the manager she told me they're no longer giving price for no tags because some people intentionally removed it, next to it was the boots that i tried on and hubby was sitting closer to where am standing and waiting for me to finish my shopping, the manager walked by and saw the boots and came where we at and said IT WASN'T ON SALE! and i told her back i got those on the display rack she responded "I KNOW!" and when i told her with honesty it was too big for me she responded "GOOD! BECAUSE IT'S NOT ON SALE!" then took the pair of boots went to the SHOES DISPLAY AREA FOR 50% OFF and took a lot of shoes OFF the rack. LATER i found out from my friend that before he left the store the manager asked him if he knew me because i'm always there a lot and my friend found it so offensive in the manner of the way she asked him as if i am a problem or troublesome customer and so did i because seems like this manager see me as a problem and doesn't want me to be here (i never have had an argument of display of disagreement in this store) and doesn't want me to get the good stuff on sale. Watch out too for your receipts especially with customers using the SENIOR'S DISCOUNT because instead of giving you 15% for the regular priced items, she will just give you 10%. I don't have problems with the rest of the employees treated with respect and courtesy in this store just the manager treated DIFFERENTLY & RUDENESS.

IN SUMMARY: A nice store with nice & courteous employees EXCEPT the MANAGER who appears RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, VERY UNHELPFUL & BOASTFUL IN ATTITUDE.

Really clean well kept store, Really big too! I would go there to shop for a good deal any time!
