lots of furniture: They have tons of furniture for ok prices but too much for my budget. Just give me a $30 couch and I'm happy. They also have great deals on appliances. Decent book section, not a huge clothes section. The high end section had some really different stuff - a few musical instruments, fancy dishes, and even a saddle! The housewares section was pretty good compared to some stores.

This Salvation Army store is the largest I have seen. They carry a surprising amount of furniture in a variety of styles. Their clothing selection is also extensive. Now and then the store has great sales, but generally speaking, the prices are quite a bit higher that I would expect. My experience has been that Goodwill is a better choice for vintage clothing.

Huge store and the largest furniture selction!: Next to Savers this is one of my favorite SJ thrift stores. They area huge and I have found the most amazing deals here. I always leave here w/ 2 large garbage bags of clothing. I need a min of $100 before coming here so I only go here a coupel times a year and much less so since moving out of the area. They have the largest furniture selection out of any thrift store I have been to. Most of the Indian attire seems to end up here so if you're into Salwar Kemeezes, kurtas, yoga looking wear then you'll fidn it here. I find a ton of great vintage hippie peasant clothing. They have 2 sections..one of "higher end stuff" which really isn't higher end and the other section of the trest of the stuff. I see no difference in the areas and shop in both, but am more picky in the "higher end" section as the prices are higher. Their knick knack section needs help as does their handbag and shoe selection. Go to the GoodWill on San Tomas Aquino or De Anza for a decen
