Hands down, Michelle Perry is the best. She has done my hair since 1993, and I have had my hair done by her from when she was styling at another salon in Fair Oaks, Ca. She is awsome! xoxo Liz from Cali.

This is one of the nicest salons in Modesto. I always go here to get my hair cut. They always make my hair look fabulous and they are very reasonably priced. The standard price for a cut and style is $45. This is a bargain because both the staff and stylists are very friendly. They also have a little coffee bar inside, so it has a very relaxing environment.

I've been here a few times to get my nails done. The staff is super friendly and they do exactly what you ask. The prices are reasonable and the end product is worth it.

I loved my experience at Salon Salon, it was the first time I had gotten my hair cut my someone different than my usual hair stylist. The people are always so friendly and inviting every time I go in there. And my hair stylist there Bethany was such a sweetheart and helped me with all my questions, she even recommended really great products. I never really knew how to style my hair when I blowed dried it until she showed me. She gave me such an awsome experience and advice I'm going to keep getting my hair done there for now on.

I read some of the other reviews and, yes, some are snobs, but many are very nice, courteous, with smiling faces and a seemingly caring attitude. However, I have yet to get the haircut I want, in spite of the fact that I've been there at least 5 times. I always discover the next morning when I try to fix my own hair that there is hardly any LEFT! SCARY! The hair color/lightening they do is PERFECT, though. They need to concentrate less on the trendy hairstyles and think of their customers' requests for more traditional cuts or those from the 70's and 80's. They also need to remember that they're NOT in New York City but Modesto (for the snobby staff only). Their products are very good and tjhey can be quick if you're in a hurry. I hesitate to go elsewhere and keep hoping they'll not cut my hair quite so short "next time!"
