Unfriendly, Unresponsive, Unsympathetic‎
I not only got a bad hair cut but a ruined shirt from my visit at Salon Miko. I emailed Miko relating my experience at the salon without any response from Miko. While at the shampoo station the back of my navy shirt was bleached apparently from the staff not wiping down the chair from a previous customer. This was in the email to Miko along with the stylist "H" giving me a horrible hair cut. Some stylists give you the hair cut they want to give not what you asked for Some need updated training as customers want new looks and some stylists are frozen in time. My sister got a pedicure, had her toe cut caused by the staff texting while doing the pedicure. No, we will not return nor recommend salon. DMF‎

Great! by Z. G. at InsiderPages
I followed my nail tech to this location and I like it. It's a busy place, but the services they offer are exceptional. Even with the large crowd everyone is very friendly. It's pricy and busy, but a great place nonetheless. Grab some fresh Iced Tea, coffee, and/or a danish while you wait.

Bad Hair Cut, good for Nail Services
I'm furious about my bad hair cut. I stated *specifically* that I didn't want my long hair cut short-- I wanted to be able to put it up in a ponytail or clip. My stylist had me bend forward at the waist and proceeded to cut my hair straight across. I was left with a disaster. The hair on the front half of my head was chin length and the rest tapered to a point at the back, 8 inches longer than the front. My husband said it looked like I was growing out a mullet. In total, the stylist spent 10 minutes on my cut, which I don't believe is enough time for a good job. I went back the next day to complain about my horrible cut and the woman at the front desk seemed a little indignant. She said, "What's the problem, your stylist is the best colorist we have!" I didn't have my hair colored. Perhaps that was the problem. All in all, they recut my hair without charge, but I cried and cried. I wanted a trim and she cut over 8 inches. I can't put my hair in a ...

Excellent Salon but too Busy by I L. at InsiderPages
Salon Miko is a great place to take care of your hair and nails, but it is very busy and extremely crowded. The employees know their clients and Miko is always around to talk to if you wish. I would not use this business for a massage, however. The massage rooms are extremely small and coming out into the very busy main area after a massage would undo all the relaxation you've jus experienced.
