Shannon was great after having many bad hair cuts I went to see shannon she sat down with me and ask me what it was that I wanted out of my hair being a low maintance person I wanted a hair cut that I would not have to put a lot of thought into and I also wanted to keep my length she had a idea and started cutting she was great. I HATE this salon!! I live an work in downtown Fullerton and i've always seen it an was very curious. Especially since i needed to find a new stylist, an when i had called the salon to find out some info the woman who answered the phone hung up on me twice!! Then when i was passing by within the next couple of days i had gone into the salon not only did it take me a long time to get some service but the lady who answered none of my questions wasn't even paying attention. I don't care what your hair looks like, most likely it wasn't what you asked for because the person doing your hair isn't paying attention to you an your pretty damn lucky to get you hair cut in the first place cause that means you got service! this salon has no personality an are a bunch of rude a$$ people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

i got a haircut from someone prior and it completely flopped. Went to holly cause of the recommendations and she was so friendly that I felt comfortable right away. She asked me a lot of questions to clarify expectations; went back to fix my hair in even greater detail after it was dry. She asked me if it was good for me every step of the way until I got a haircut that I really liked. Had a great time talking to her in the meantime. My hair is so cute and so me now. She is a great listener and communicator too. You will look great!

Thank you Citysearch and FrankieS. I am new to Fullerton after moving here from NorCal and needed a new stylist. I went to Holly a couple weeks ago after reading the review on her and my hair still looks great. She gave me a new look changing my color and my cut to give me a cute SoCal look. I have guys looking at me nonstop at Rockin Taco and Chomp where my friends and I hang out. I was nervous about being an outcast in a new city, but thanks to Holly, I feel more popular than ever. I tell all of my new friends in Fullerton to see her. I have another appointment in a few weeks to get my roots covered up and to continue to look great. I'll be with Holly for a while.
