I have been going to this salon since 1999 and I would never go anywhere else. The service is great and my stylist is absolutately the best! My hair is so healthy and everytime I walk out of the salon, I receive a compliment where ever I go. I highly recommend Salon Dusserre!

My haircut turned out okay, as did my eyebrow waxing. However, I will not be going back. Trying to get an appointment was more difficult than it should have been. They told me I needed to speak directly to the stylist to make the appointment. Every time I called, the stylist was unavailable. I left messages and was told she'd call me back but she never did. On another occasion I was hung up on (I'm assuming that was an accident though.)

One of the few times I was actually able to get an appointment, I ended up having to wait for about 30 minutes. I arrived on time but apparently the stylist wasn't ready or wasn't there so I sat and waited forever. Just when I was about to get up and leave, she was finally ready for me.

I went to the same eyebrow waxing lady twice and she charged me different prices both times. I think they just make up whatever price they want to charge and change it whenever they feel like it.

The prices are high and the service is poor.
