My girlfriend had recently went shopping here.She doesnt know much about hair dye So she came bearing questions to be answered with happy knowledgeable service.What you would expect from a great Store and employees. But Let me tell you the customer service was horrible, they gave very immature and pointless answers.They were very unwelcoming and hovered over her the whole time.Then when the time came for cheack out.They even asked her offensive questions."where's your product? i didnt see you leave it behind.What's inside you'r bag?" Like if she had even stolen something and which she clearly didn't! they didn't even apologies or even a reasonable answer. Which embraced her to the point that she asked for them to cancel the transaction and she left.They lost and very valued customer.Aswell as me,which i went to for my grooming needs. I came across this store some time ago and I have not stopped using it since. Even though the store is small and may be a negative for some people, I implore you to visit this store for your beauty needs. Their range of products are very good and their prices a great. Even better is their savings card which is only $5.00 and saves you a lot more money on their already low prices. You dont need to worry about parking as it is in Dunning Square and the parking lot is huge. Their items either come in bulk or normal retail sizes.
