The food that comes from Salem Kitchen will make you weak in the knees. And the staff is absolutely phenomenal! The food is so good that my wife and I actually changed the date of our wedding in order to have Salem Kitchen cater it. It is that good. We even had to send out a second round of Save-The-Date cards to our guests. (Change-The-Date cards, I guess you could say.) Was it worth it? YES! We would do it again. Not only is the food phenomenal, but, as I said, the staff is wonderful. In particular Hope, the manager and head chef, is just fantastic. A true professional. She helped us come up with a menu that was just right for the event, she knew just who to call for tent rental, and every time we spoke with her all of the stress of wedding planning just seemed to disappear. She was amazing. We made sure to introduce her to our parents and to give her a big hug before she left the event. I would not hesitate to recommend Salem Kitchen to anyone. Salem Kitchen has many ready to eat, homemade items, but my favorite is the chicken pot pie with vegetables. It's a bargain, will feed about 4 people, and is the best I've ever had.
