Disappoint by this contractor, big time. Painted a commercial center for us. Tops of beams were not painted at all, doors weren't prepped so paint pealed off. Paid for two coats, but they sprayed and who knows if two coats were applied, but the previous color showed through in some areas of the stucco. And no he would not make it right. after a couple request and showing him the doors missing paint and how it came off within the first year i gave up. No don't use this contractor
