Recently I wondered into this little surf shop that I drive past every day on my way to work.
The guy behind the counter, Randy was a super nice guy. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. He educated me on the local surf spots and gave me a great deal on a longboard! It's hard to find a shop that's as dedicated to the California lifestyle as this place. Great selection of hawaiian shirts, all kinds of surf and skate boards and apparel as well as tiki stuff too.
I highly recommend stopping by to look around if your in the area- It's in Chatsworth

Safari Surf & Sport is a fun store to go into. Anything you need for surfing, skateboarding, and beachware is in this store. Randy, the owner, is a nice guy and will even tell you the great spots to go to surf if you are a beginner (that's what he did for me and he was right on the location he told me). It's located near McDonald's in a small shopping strip off of Devonshire & De Soto - you can't miss it!

I've been shopping at Safari Surf & Sport for the last 18 years. Randy the Owner is very helpful with helping you make the right purchase. This is a great little retail surf and skateboard shop located in the San Fernando Valley. Randy the owner is usually allways around to take care of his customers and answer any questions they might have. Plus if your nice ,he might even recommend some great off the beaten path surf spots. The shop also stocks a good collection of both men's and women's clothing and beachware. While your there be sure to also check out their collection of skateboards and accessories.
