Go to Carl ONLY‎
Generally speaking, customer service at Safari stinks. The parts guy is about as unfriendly as you can get. The owner is a great guy but not around all that much. His son is a pretty boy who really could care less about the business. About the only person who cares is Carl, the manager. He is terrific. A real resource for RV'ers. Highly recommended that you seek him out first and last. Dispense with the others. If he's not available, go to another store as fast as you can.‎

Return Policy‎
I bought a 15W solar panel with the box clearly marked as “Charges your battery”. Needless to say it did not perform; not Safari RV's fault but, I call them to return the product and guess what, the parts mangers said “I explained you that you need a 100W solar panel for that job” – No you did not, why would I buy a 15W panel when it does you said that it would not do the job??? I would not buy anything from them, even if the price is lower, what happens if the products doesn't work? You are better off buying from an online outfit such as Camping World, with a good return policy and better customer service. I guess they prefer to lose a customer rather than keep you happy, don't go unless you like to throw your money away!!!!‎

Safari Stores by Cathy H. at InsiderPages
Went here with my cousin who needed some parts for their mobile home. What a neat store. As they were getting what they needed, I looked around. I couldn't believe the type of things you can get for a mobile home or camper. Prices didn't look bad either.
