Finally a Pharmacy where I dont have to sit on hold or hit a hundred buttons to talk to a person. When I call ahead my medication is always ready, everyone is pleasant and they remember my name. II have used HEB and Walgreens with much frustration and am glad a friend recommend Saenz, where I am treated as a valued client.Vanessa the pharmacist always has time to talk to me and keeps me updated on new medicines or possible reactions betweens medicine I am taking.

I recently moved to Mission and by chance I stopped at Saenz Pharmacy to fill a script. Vanessa, the in-store pharmists, was so helpful! Just talking to her made me feel better and now after many visits, I am a dedicated Saenz Pharmacy customer. I love how they make me feel special and their prices are lower than my previous pharmacy, HEB.
