If I had option of no star, I would give no star. We just bought a house and before we moved in we hired them to perform annual AC maintenance. We have 2 furnaces and their technician (Reese) was in and out within half an hour. He told me everything was fine. However, when we moved in 4 days later, the upstair AC unit was not working. I called them back and they told me to have them come out I have to pay again. This is the problem they should have identified in the 1st visit but they used this to make me pay twice! And apparently they did not check the AC while they lied to me they did. No way I will use them again.

We seldom write "reviews', but this was one time we felt we needed to and wanted to, and it was without any request or suggestion from anyone that we do it. Until we used Sadcelback Plumbing this time we did not know anyone there and we are not related to anyone there. Now that we have been their customer, we will never try anyone else.
They have been honest, reliable and ethical. It has been years since we could or would say that about many places with have dealt with as a customer.... and especially when it comes to Plumbing companies.
But, these people at Saddleback are for real, an independent, busniness with professional standards and skilled crew members. The very skilled plumber, Ken, from Saddelback, helped us select just the right kitechen sink to replace an existing one. He called several times to advise us of how things were progessing.... also years since anyone did that. He came as pronised, did an absolutely pefect job of removing the old sink adn installing the new sink, and all of it done with 15 minutes of his time estimates.

The prices were reasonable and the service was great. It reminded us again... in a case like this, you do get what you pay for, and it is well worth paying a little more to have the best in product and service.
They also gave us a great referral for a tile contractor who is a professional and as skilled in his trade as Saddelback's plumbers are in theirs.
In these tough economic times, these are the kinds of people all of us need to keep in business, and it will be our pleasure to go out of our way to steer as many customers to them as possible. They deserve the business and we want to be sure they are there for all of us.
If you give them a chance, we feel certain that you will not regret it.

I was disappointed by the plumber who came out to replace the thermal couple on my water heater. Whirlpool sent us a new one to install with instructions. The Saddleback plumber failed to read the instructions and worse he literally tore off a warning label that stated to remove the orifice from the old part and put it on the new part!! It was right there and he just tore it off. He never owned up to his mistake on the phone nor when
I showed it to him when he arrived or when he saw the other half of the sticker on the new part. Also to boot was the fact when I called to have him speak to me as to how he placed the new part in (as it was not working) the receptionist informed me they know what they are doing and I would have to pay to have him come back out. I told her I am not paying for his error. Long story made short, is they were cocky & sloppy in their efforts with no apology of any kind. Not even from the owner Bill whom I sent an email regarding the agonizing afternoon I had with them.

We have used Saddleback plumbing several times, and they are always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The work gets done right.
