I was so disappointed‎

I have lived close to the hospital for many years and always thought they had a good reputation. I spent 4 days and nights there for back surgery in December 2008. I had to call in through the main switchboard to get a nurse! I could write a book of horrors. I will go elsewhere if I ever need a hospital stay again.‎

my great grandma caught the flu there! the nurses told her nothing was wrong, her IV was poking out of her skin and hurting her very severly and they did nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...
