Buyer Beware

Bought an expensive patio set on the Labor Day weekend. When it was delivered more than a week later, the table had a 7 inch scratch and the back of one of the chairs had a dent.

The store refused to accept any responsibility saying that it was an "as is" sale. When I saw the set, there did not appear to be any damage so either the set was switched or the damage occurred at another time.

I am disappointed by such unethical business practices. The store should do something to make this right e.g. discount the sale, repair the damage, etc

They had a great selection here of patio sets. There were a lot of different brand names and styles, and the staff there is very friendly there and eager to help you out. I didn’t know too much about buying patios, so they helped answer all my questions and showed me differences between brand names.
