If they have a car that you want, you better ask questions (the same ones several different ways), read what you sign (don't rely on any of their guidance), and don't expect any help after you leave.
I purchased a used car, and their excuse for not providing me with a second set of keys (a required anti-theft key are remote cost around $350), was that there was not enough profit in the deal to make that happen. It appears that the level of customer care and service is in line with the amount of money that they make off of you.
In my opinion, it's dealerships like this that give the industry a bad name.
