Bought a chair in 2007 service teck came out said needed to order parts paid S1000 for lift chair... cannot get a response regarding repairs.... been waiting 3 weeks... customer service people act as if they are doing you a favor just to answer the phone.... my son looked at my chair and fixed it with 2 screws.....
NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CONNS.... LOOK AT THE RIPOFF.COM REPORT!!!! THEN MAKE A DECISION IF YOU EVER WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM....
