I made a mistake and hired a roto company that sent over a very obnoxious so called tech. This moron said the stoppage was cleared after 12 minutes .


A few days later my husband called Tieger plumbing and Mr .Tieger came snaked out the line and found the roto guy left part of a broken wire stuck in the pipe.

Sylvan cleared the stoppage and told my husband to call the roto franchise as

1-They were sending over a "plumber" and the roto company sent over a non licensed employee not even a journeyman

2- They caused the stoppage by not using the proper size snake and tangling their snake inside the pipe

3- They charged over double what a licensed master plumber charged

When having anyone working in your home ask to see the license as many of these thieves say "we are sending over a tech" meaning their employee have no formal training and are the majority of the time incompetent.

Mr,. Tieger spoke to the roto guys saying he was going to call the NYC department of buildings because they said they were sending over a plumber which was a fraudulent statement.

We were able to get a full refund and still paid half what those crooks wanted.
