What a disppointment! What was promise time wise simply didn't happen. I brought my car in as they told me to, right on the dot time wise and did not have a ride back so walked around and them saying my tires would be replaced asap! I checked back every hr. and all I got was promises... like how far do they want me to walk?? The attitude of the employee's was like this was my fault and deal with the on going waiting and waiting. I never had this problem at any other locations before and the staff has always been friendly...that's why I went to this one, thinking they would be like all the rest. Wrong!!!
