We've been living in these apartments for almost 2 years now. The building itself is made very cheaply, especially living on the third floor is a horrible experience. Our JEA bill was so high because the AC literally doesn't turn off. The roof is very thin that's why it works 24/7 to cool down the place. People are very rude here, at 11 pm and later they make so much noise, not respecting others and not realizing that people do need rest. I myself was going to call Police couple times because of the parties in our walkway at about 12 am.Our lease is almost over and i can't wait till we move out, for this price you can definitely find a better place to live.‎
