Brought my Mazda RX-8 in to Rusty's when it wouldn't start. they diagnosed and fixed the problem: Flooded engine, fouled spark plugs. They cleared it and replaced the plugs.

A month later, had the same issue. Brought it back to them. They told me that if it was the same issue, they'd repair it, free of charge. It was and they did so.

However, the problem occurred again and I took the vehicle to a Mazda dealership. They diagnosed beyond the symptom and found a bigger problem that led to the flooding.

Called Rusty's and they happily refunded the money I paid them for the parts and labor. The RX-8 is a notoriously hard car to work on and the headaches associated with this issue I lay at the feet of Mazda. Rusty's was always up front and willing to stand behind their work with a guarantee that they honored.

I took my accord to Rusty after 8 coworkers recommendations. The shop is clean, the staff very professional, the training level is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. Knowing very little about cars, so I hate going to new mechanics, but Rusty won me over when he saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on an unnecessary transmission replacement by sending me to the dealer for the warranty work. The dealer tried to cheat me and Rusty himself called and fought with the dealer on my behalf! Long story short, I got the got the repair and an apology from the dealer thanks to Rusty. His work is excellent and they always squeeze me in when I need a rush job. They are also open late and offer the occasional ride to work. A++!

If you have a Honda or Mazda, this is the only place to go. They are really honest about what work needs to be done. My Honda was having a problem that another mechanic told me would be hundreds of dollars to fix, but Rusty's told me that I should take it to the dealer because it was a warranty issue. Also, they don't patronize you if you don't know a lot about how your car actually works. Keep your car running - bring it here!

I went there after I got into a car accident while driving to school. This place was recommended by a friend who had work previously done here. The estimate I got from them wasn't so cheap, but about what I got from two other shops. They also took about the average amount of time to fix my Civic. So, overall they were alright.

I brought my honda accord here recently for some minor repairs and ended up deciding to go for a whole maintenance service due to the compelling insistence of the mechanic. I have to say that although the prices here are quite a bit higher than the neighborhood joe I used to take my car to, I do feel somewhat more confident that my car got more attention from the mechanics here. At least, I would like to think so.
