Disappointed and disgusted. Firstly, the dentist never even spoke to me when he first met me. How rude! While I was getting my filling done, the dentist and his assistant talked over me like I wasn't there and I choked four times! The dental tech didn't even apologise, nor did the dentist. !!!! When I sent them a check for my x-rays, the assistant accientally tore it up and I got a call from them, demanding payment without any tact or diplomacy. I was so irate. To think they were recommended to me by 1800-dentist! And guess what? The filling fell out 3 months later! I've washed my hands of these two companies and you should too.
