A must try

I went to another salon across town in Styvesant Plaza , it was not friendly and I did not recieve the color or spa service I expected.
I went to Rumors and had a great experience. My color and cut was amazing. I highly recommend the lash dip.

OMG!

I would have to say I went to rumours once and, did not have a good experience to say the least my ear got sliced by scissors NOT KIDDING! the girl apologized and i felt bad so they gave me credit for another free visit and after my hair cut the stylist was trying to get me to buy all these products HUH i felt like i was being taken for a ride!
